The Bowley Moore Appraisal Centre Inc. is a residential real estate appraisal and consulting firm centrally located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our partnership was formed in 1989 and has thrived ever since. We strive to give our customer the highest quality appraisals in a speedy and efficient manner.

Tim Moore (President) has been a real estate appraiser since 1986. He holds a Certified Appraiser License and has the IFA designation from the Independent Fee Appraisers Association. He graduated with a degree in economics from Georgetown University and has completed a number of residential appraisal courses from the Appraisal Institute.

Eric Enhoffer (partner) has been appraising real estate since 2001. Formerly a financial planner with MetLife Financial Services, Eric’s financial background and attention to customer service sets him apart. In addition to being a certified appraiser, Eric earned a BS in Design and Resource Management from the University of Connecticut.

Ralph Bowley (past President) has been a real estate appraiser since 1980. He holds a general appraisal license which allows him to appraise both residential as well as commercial properties. Ralph has taken numerous appraisal and property management courses as well as continuing education required for licensure.
